The questions in the quiz and your answers to them give you an indication of how fit you are and the functional status of your body. A very functional body is energetic, free of pain and stiffness. It is an oiled motor for you rather than an anchor you have to drag around.
Everything above 80% is good. 50-80% is acceptable but with big room for improvement. Below 50% should be a warning to you.
All questions have three answers and you should pick the answer that comes closest to how you feel. One answer in each question gives one point and the others zero.
